You're not alone in feeling this way, and that matters. Most people report feeling more grounded and connected after just 3-4 sessions.
Ideally within the first 6 months, while the transition is fresh and you're still building new patterns. But honestly, we work with people 2-3 years into retirement too—it's never too late to redesign this phase. Some people reach out before they retire, which gives them time to prepare.
Start with a single workshop—no commitment. We offer drop-in sessions so you can see if it's the right fit. If you want deeper support, we offer coaching packages starting with 4 sessions. Most people find the community part keeps them coming back because they've built real connections.
